We Size the Job on the Phone
Call and describe the pile, where it sits and how we reach it. That conversation is also where we explain how volume pricing works, so you know how the number is worked out before the crew arrives.
Step 2
A Firm Price Before Anything Moves
The crew arrives inside your window, looks at the actual load and gives you one price based on how much truck space it fills. You approve it before the first item is lifted.
Step 3
We Load, Then We Sweep
The crew handles the carry, the stairs and the loading, and sweeps the space before we pull away. Not on site? We send confirmation photos of the cleared space when we finish.

What we cannot take: hazardous or radioactive materials, and certain chemicals. We are not permitted to haul those. If you are unsure about something, ask us first and we will tell you straight.

Whether you are cleaning out a garage, remodeling or getting rid of unwanted items, we have the equipment and experience to haul it away safely and efficiently.
How does your pricing work?
We price by the space your junk takes up in the truck. The crew looks at the load, gives you a number, and you approve it before anything gets lifted. That number is what you pay. No hourly clock, no per-item math, no charge for the estimate. Access is part of it too. A second-floor walkup or a tight basement stair is more labor than a driveway pile, and that is in the quote rather than added afterward.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, our estimates are free with no obligation. Call us or book online and we will quote you based on your items. Often we can give a rough estimate ahead of time, then finalize the price once we see everything in person. We do not start until you approve the price.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes. We know junk can pile up unexpectedly and sometimes you need it gone fast. Alabama Junk offers same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible. Our team will work with your schedule to clear your space quickly and efficiently, providing fast service throughout Birmingham and the surrounding area.
Do I need to move my items before you arrive?
Nope. Our team handles the loading and hauling. Whether your items are inside, in the garage or out in the yard, we take care of it start to finish. Just point to what needs to go.
